Profile
Ristorante Santa Elisabetta Florence
Nestled in the historic heart of Florence, on a quiet square away from the usual crowds, this intimate restaurant is set inside the remarkable Torre della Pagliazza — the city’s oldest tower and its only one with a circular design, rooted in Byzantine heritage.
Guests enter through the elegant Brunelleschi Hotel and are guided upstairs to a refined first-floor dining room, illuminated by a handcrafted Murano glass chandelier and arranged with just six exclusive tables.
Leading the kitchen, Chef Rocco De Santis presents refined Mediterranean creations centered on fish and seafood, subtly enriched with flavors and traditions from his native Campania, resulting in a cuisine that is both imaginative and deeply expressive.
