How to File a DMCA Notice

Content Removal and Repeat Infringers

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, the infringing content will be removed or disabled within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights.

Counter-Notification (Dispute)

If your content was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. The notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where applicable)
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, Horecahealth.com may restore the removed content in accordance with DMCA guidelines unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10–14 business days.
