Under the guidance of Chef Egor Hopp, the menu is elevated by subtle inspirations from his Kazakh roots, reflected in distinctive elements such as Smetana-style sauces and raschenka cream.
Guests can choose from a thoughtfully curated tasting menu, offering six courses in the evening and a shorter four-course version at lunchtime. Wine lovers may also enjoy bottles purchased from Zurheide Feine Kost for an additional corkage fee.
