Profile
Lafleur Restaurant Frankfurt
Set within the Palmenhaus beside the Palmengarten, this refined restaurant showcases Andreas Krolik’s distinctive culinary vision.
Working with exceptional ingredients, the chef creates elegant, multi-layered dishes where precision and depth of flavor take center stage—ranging from exquisitely slow-cooked Wagyu beef paired with aromatic truffle accents to seasonal vegetables elevated by subtle sweetness and gentle spice.
Evenings feature thoughtfully composed tasting menus, including the signature “Grands Produits” and a fully plant-based menu that highlights the chef’s long-standing commitment to ethical vegan gastronomy. At lunchtime, guests can choose between two lighter multi-course options, offering either a classic or green interpretation of contemporary fine dining.
The atmosphere is equally impressive, with a sleek, modern design and panoramic views over the Siesmayer flower beds. Service is warm, polished, and attentive under the guidance of restaurant manager Boris Häbel.
Wine lovers will appreciate the expert sommelier team and the carefully curated pairings that complement each course. The restaurant’s name pays homage to the renowned Lafleur vineyard in Bordeaux, reflecting its dedication to excellence and craftsmanship.
