DEVAL was founded by partners Daan and Evelyn, whose shared vision led them to open the restaurant in December 2018. Their collaboration is reflected not only in the name, but in every detail of the experience they create.
Instead of a traditional menu, guests are guided through a carefully curated six-course journey, where each dish is thoughtfully paired with exceptional Austrian wines. The focus is on refined flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a dining experience that unfolds course by course.
